A budding friendship between Tampa Bay Lightning forward Brayden Point's teammate, Boris Katchouk, and Montreal Canadiens rookie Juraj Slafkovsky will be put to the test in the highly anticipated first-round series between the two NHL powerhouses. Slafkovsky and Lightning forward Boris Katchouk have become close friends, having spent time together at the 2022 World Junior Championships and later at the Kitchener Rangers in the Ontario Hockey League. However, with the Lightning looking to defend their Stanley Cup title and the Canadiens seeking to make a deep playoff run, all friendships will be put on hold as the two teams clash in the highly competitive series. As the puck drops, Slafkovsky will be tasked with helping his team overcome a Lightning squad that has been a force to be reckoned with in the playoffs.
