Among the three finalists are Jon Cooper, the Tampa Bay Lightning's head coach who has led the team to a Stanley Cup championship and multiple playoff appearances; Dan Muse, the head coach of the San Jose Sharks' AHL affiliate who has been instrumental in developing the team's young talent; and Lindy Ruff, a veteran coach with over 1,000 games of NHL experience, who has recently taken the reins as head coach of the New Jersey Devils.
