Former NHL player Jack Johnson is taking his hockey expertise to the collegiate level, joining the Ohio State University women's hockey coaching staff. The Columbus native, who spent eight seasons with the Columbus Blue Jackets, brings a wealth of experience to the Buckeyes' program. Johnson's addition to the coaching staff comes as the team looks to build on its recent success, including a 2022 NCAA Frozen Four appearance. As a Columbus native and former Blue Jackets player, Johnson's hiring is a significant development for the OSU women's hockey program and the local hockey community.
