After a brief spell with the Detroit Red Wings, former Boston Bruins winger remains an unrestricted free agent, leaving his next destination uncertain. The player, who contributed solid depth during his time in Boston, saw his role diminish in Detroit, prompting the team to let his contract lapse. Analysts note that his experience and versatility could make him an attractive option for mid‑market clubs looking to add veteran presence without a long‑term commitment. As the free‑agent market heats up, teams will weigh his injury history and recent performance against the potential upside of a seasoned NHL forward.
