A proposed "hockey highway" would connect Sudbury to Minnesota, aiming to boost tourism and economic growth by linking two regions with a shared passion for the sport. The initiative envisions improved infrastructure, including better roads and facilities, to support travel between the areas and foster hockey-related activities. Supporters argue it could strengthen cultural ties and attract visitors interested in ice hockey. Details on funding, construction timelines, and community involvement remain under discussion as plans develop.
