In 2003 a St. Louis Blue’s Player put a hit out on his hockey coach

I just found out that in 2003 Michael Danton was arrested for conspiracy to commit murder after trying to hire a hitman to kill his agent, David Frost. Frost was also a junior hockey coach. Danton had built up rage towards Frost after years of sexual, mental, and emotional abuse. Frost had been sexually abusing both girls and boys on the teams he coached and people he represented for years. Danton was caught trying to hire someone to kill Fros after the hitman he was talking to ended up being a cop. Danton plead guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and was sentenced to 90 months in jail. But he only served 63 months because he got out on parole. Frost was arrested for 12 counts of sexual exploitation of 7 children. He was acquitted of all charges (Only god now how 🙄). AND TO MAKE THINGS EVEN CRAZIER, years after Danton’s trial, an article came out saying that the man who represented Danton, Howard Keiffer, didn’t even have a law degree and was charged with two felonies. submitted by /u/FarProgress3218 [link] [comments]
