The Toronto Maple Leafs have recalled forward Miles Wood from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Toronto Marlies, marking the first recall since his trade to the Columbus Blue Jackets earlier this season. Wood’s return to the NHL roster comes as the team addresses depth concerns in its lineup. His call-up follows a period of roster adjustments, including the recent trade that sent him to Columbus. Fans and analysts will be watching to see how Wood fits into the Maple Leafs’ current plans.
