As the dust settles on the Carolina Hurricanes' historic Stanley Cup win, the NHL offseason is officially underway. With the 2023-2024 season just around the corner, teams are scrambling to fill the gaps and make the necessary adjustments to compete with the top contenders. The Colorado Avalanche, who fell short of their goals this year, will be one of the teams under the microscope as they look to bounce back from a disappointing finish. With a strong roster and a proven track record, the Avalanche will be expected to make some key additions or tweaks to their lineup in order to make a deep run in the playoffs next season.
