A major shift in goaltending strategy could be on the horizon as the Winnipeg Jets reportedly demand a high price for star netminder Connor Hellebuyck, leaving teams scrambling to find alternative options. With the Buffalo Sabres no longer in the picture, analysts are now weighing which NHL franchise might be the ideal landing spot for the experienced backup goalie. The trade landscape for elite goaltenders remains fluid, and Hellebuyck’s availability could reshape playoff contenders’ depth charts this season. Speculation is growing over which organization values his leadership and consistency enough to meet the Jets’ asking price.
